Job Summary
Registered Nurse responsible for implementing the nursing process within Sanford Health and the continuum of care. The nursing process is utilized to assess, diagnose, establish a plan with outcome criteria, intervene, evaluate, and document human responses to actual or potential health problems. This practice includes dependent, interdependent and independent functions. Night shift, 8-hour shifts, full-time position at Sanford Health’s Woodsedge facility in Bemidji, MN. Requires RN licensure in the practicing states; Bachelor’s degree in nursing preferred; minimum 400 hours of clinical experience or equivalent RN/LPN experience; drug screen and pre-employment background screening. Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing.
- Bachelor‘s degree in nursing is preferred.
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum or have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility.
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice.
- Nurses performing nursing practice over the telephone require licensure in the states where the patients being served reside.
- Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area.
