RN - Neilson Place - Full Time Overnights

The registered nurse is responsible to implement the nursing process within Sanford Health and the continuum of care, including assessing, diagnosing, establishing a plan with outcome criteria, intervening, evaluating and documenting human responses to health problems across the life span. The role requires current RN licensure (state(s) of practice) with emphasis on delivering patient-centered care, adhering to nursing standards, and participating in pre-employment screening; BSN preferred. Collaboration across dependent, interdependent and independent functions, and possible certification depending on specialty, are noted as part of the responsibilities.
