Job Summary
Implement the nursing process within Sanford Health by assessing, diagnosing, establishing plans with outcome criteria, intervening, and evaluating human responses to actual or potential health problems. Perform dependent, interdependent, and independent functions across the continuum of care while documenting all activities. Maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and adhere to the 12-hour night shift schedule. This full-time overnight role at Woodsedge in Bemidji, MN, supports the largest rural health system in the United States in transforming the healthcare experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Certification (if required depending on specialty or service area)
- Drug screen
- Pre-employment background screening
