Job Summary
Implement the nursing process within Sanford Health by assessing, diagnosing, establishing plans with outcome criteria, intervening, and evaluating human responses to actual or potential health problems. Document dependent, interdependent, and independent functions across the continuum of care. Maintain current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state of practice and meet minimum experience requirements, including 400 hours or supervised clinical experience. Work full-time overnight shifts (12-hour nights) in the Bemidji facility with a weekly schedule of 36 hours.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Certification (if required depending on specialty or service area)
- Drug screen
- Pre-employment background screening
