Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, coordinating assessments, education, and treatment phases. Collaborate with interdisciplinary colleagues, providers, and families to plan and evaluate care while demonstrating full scope competency. Serve as charge nurse to delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel within their competence levels. Ensure safe administration of care and resolve service concerns in accordance with the Nurse Practice Act and Sanford standards. Full-time evening shift with 32 weekly hours and a $20,000 bonus for eligible employees.
Required Qualifications
- Must have graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Must have attended a pre-licensure nursing program that included supervised clinical experience across the life span as part of the curriculum
- Must have had a minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Requires current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Certification may be required depending on specialty or service area

- Bachelor's degree in nursing is preferred
