Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents, coordinating assessments, education, and treatment across all phases of preventative and acute care. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to plan and evaluate resident outcomes while maintaining competency within the full scope of nursing practice. Serve as charge nurse when assigned, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel to ensure safe administration of care. Requires current state licensure, a BSN preferred, and 400 hours of RN experience or accredited pre-licensure clinical training. Full-time evening shift with a bonus eligible for qualifying employees.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Certification (if required depending on specialty or service area)
- Drug screen
- Pre-employment background screening
