Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care for residents, coordinating assessments, education, and treatment across all phases of preventative and clinical needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and families to plan and evaluate care while maintaining competency within the full scope of nursing practice. May serve as charge nurse, delegating tasks to licensed and unlicensed personnel to ensure safe administration of resident care and resolution of service concerns. Adhere to state licensure standards and the American Nurses Association Code of Ethics. Requires current RN licensure in Minnesota, a BSN preferred, and 400 hours of experience or supervised clinical training. Full-time evening shift with a $20,000 bonus available.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from an accredited school or college of nursing
- Current licensure as a Registered Nurse in the state, or states, of practice
- Minimum of 400 hours of experience as a RN (or LPN) at another facility
- Certification (if required depending on specialty or service area)
- Drug screen
- Pre-employment background screening
