Job Summary
Part-time RN to perform initial client assessments, develop care plans, and follow up quarterly home visits for home care clients in Charlotte, NC. Requires an active, unrestricted NC RN license, CPR certification, background check, and drug screening, plus a valid NC driver s license with insured vehicle. Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to manage time independently are essential; geriatric home care experience is a plus. Occasional weekends may be required.
Required Qualifications
- Active, unrestricted North Carolina RN license
- Current CPR certification
- Negative 2 step TB test or chest X-ray
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Drug screening
- Valid NC driver27s license and vehicle with proof of auto insurance and registration
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to independently manage time and organize daily schedule
