Job Summary
Provide high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown unit while maintaining a patient ratio of 1:4-5 during the day and 1:5-6 during the night shift. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and utilize EPIC EMR for accurate documentation. Work every other weekend as part of your schedule on 3x12 night shifts. Requires 2 years of experience in Stepdown/Progressive Care and an active Illinois nursing license. Join a supportive interdisciplinary team at a reputable facility in Rock Island, IL.
