Provide high-quality care to patients in the Stepdown unit while maintaining a patient ratio of 1:4-5 during the day shift and 1:5-6 during the night shift. Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes and utilize EPIC EMR for accurate and efficient documentation. Work every other weekend as part of your schedule in a 3x12 night shift rotation. This 13-week travel contract requires two years of experience in a Stepdown/Progressive Care setting and an active Illinois nursing license.
