RN/Navigator

Ensure timely and efficient patient referrals and transitions throughout the continuum of care from diagnosis to treatment to survivorship. Manage resources and services through interdisciplinary collaboration to achieve optimal, contiguous patient outcomes. Requires a Florida registered nurse license, two years of clinical care or navigation experience, and an associate degree in nursing. Bachelor's degree and specialty certification in oncology are preferred. Reports to the RN/Nurse Manager with no direct supervision.
