Nurse Navigator in an orthopedic specialty clinic leads care coordination for patient populations, performing pre-op education, daily inpatient rounding, discharge planning, and follow-up care while coordinating the patient’s plan of care with bedside nurses; position requires RN licensure in the practice state, with BSN preferred and ACLS training optional, to ensure timely, safe, and high-quality care in both inpatient and outpatient settings.
