Job Summary
RN in 4 South Observation unit on night shift providing professional nursing care, including nursing assessments, exams/treatment assistance, patient education, and medical records maintenance. Works with interdisciplinary team, coordinates care plans including discharge/transfer planning, ensures regulatory standards compliance, and may serve as preceptor or mentor. Requires licensure in Texas and BLS; Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred. Shift is 7pm-7am at Cypress location; multiple RN level progressions (RN I-IV) based on experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited School of Professional Nursing
- Current State of Texas nursing license or temporary/compact license
- BLS certification (Basic Life Support)
- Experience not strictly required but defined RN levels (I-IV) based on years of experience may apply
