Plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care from admission to discharge using the nursing process. Perform patient assessments and reassessments, develop individual care plans including discharge planning, and direct, supervise, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting. Appropriately delegate tasks to staff based on competency levels. This role offers a 24-hour evening shift with a 1445-2315 schedule, rotating every other weekend and holiday.
