RN MRMC - Med/Surg/Oncology - Per Diem

Utilize the nursing process to plan, deliver, and manage direct patient care from admission to discharge, performing assessments and coordinating individual care plans including discharge planning. Direct, supervise, coordinate, and evaluate nursing care within the assigned clinical setting while delegating appropriately to others based on competency levels. Adhere to standards of nursing practice and the six Standards of Respect for patients, community, and colleagues.
