Job Summary
RN responsible for planning, delivery and management of direct patient care utilizing the nursing process and adhering to nursing standards. Major responsibilities include clinical assessment and reassessment, development and coordination of individualized care plans including discharge planning, directing and coordinating nursing care within the assigned setting, and delegating tasks appropriately. Requires current MA nursing licensure, BLS, ACLS and PALS in designated areas, and NRP where applicable; Bachelor’s degree in Nursing highly preferred. Endoscopy unit role with per diem scheduling, Monday–Friday on-call coverage, 10-hour day shifts, Milford, MA.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts nursing licensure and registration
- BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
- ACLS through American Heart Association required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering
- PALS through American Heart Association required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering
- NRP Advanced Provider through American Academy of Pediatrics required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering
