Job Summary
RN in Endoscopy at Milford Regional Medical Center (UMass Memorial Health system) providing direct patient care using the nursing process from admission to discharge, with on-call responsibilities and 30-hour workweeks. Requires current Massachusetts nursing licensure and per-hospital standards BLS certification within 30 days of hire; ACLS and PALS required in select areas within specified timeframes; NRP for maternity areas within 6 months; preferred BSN. Provides comprehensive nursing care, directs and coordinates care plans, and ensures adherence to nursing standards. On-site day shift with on-call duties; supportive team environment emphasizing respect and equal opportunity.
Required Qualifications
- Current Massachusetts Nursing licensure and registration
- BLS through American Heart Association or American Red Cross within 30 days of hire
- ACLS through American Heart Association required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering
- PALS through American Heart Association required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering
- NRP Advanced Provider through American Academy of Pediatrics required in select areas within 6 months or first scheduled course offering
- Bachelor of Science degree in Nursing highly preferred but not required
