RN Mother/Baby PRN

Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer medications, and monitor vital signs for mothers, newborns, and families in the Mother/Baby department. Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to develop individualized care plans, interpret fetal heart rate patterns, and assist during labor and delivery procedures. Provide patient and family education on prenatal care, postpartum recovery, and newborn health while adhering to infection control protocols and National Patient Safety Goals. Respond to medical emergencies, participate in code team activities, and perform audits to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements. Maintain accurate documentation of all patient care and education in the medical record.
