Job Summary
Perform patient care tasks and procedures under supervision to ensure patient comfort and safety. Provide Mother Baby care while adhering to established protocols. Maintain current Illinois RN licensure and hold required certifications including ACLS, NRP, and C-EFM. Work days 7 am to 7:30 pm with rotating weekends and holidays on a 73-110 hour per 6-week schedule. This role offers premium pay for shifts, on-call, and holidays, along with tuition reimbursement and career pathways. Endeavor Health serves over 4.2 million residents across six northeast Illinois counties with eight acute care hospitals.
Required Qualifications
- Associate Degree or higher in Nursing
- Current State of Illinois Registered Nurse licensure
- Current CPR through American Heart Association or American Red Cross
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) within six months of start date into position
- Certificate of Electronic Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) within one year of start date into position
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification within six months of start date into position
- 2 years of Mother Baby experience preferred
