RN Mother Baby

Conduct comprehensive assessments involving extensive data collection, analysis, and interpretation for mother and baby patients. Synthesize findings to identify problems, formulate nursing diagnoses, and develop teaching plans and outcomes. Implement care plans by delivering, assigning, or delegating interventions within legal and ethical parameters. Evaluate patient responses to therapeutic interventions against evidence-based benchmarks, report results, and plan follow-up care or referrals. Requires current Texas RN license, ADN or diploma (BSN preferred), and certification in specialty area such as MNN. Full-time shift runs 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
