RN - Mother/Baby - 7p-7a

Assess and provide ongoing care for mothers and newborns from birth through discharge according to AWHONN, ACOG, NRP, and AAP guidelines. Deliver education to the maternal-newborn dyad and orchestrate discharge planning and follow-up care. Participate in unit-based quality initiatives and successfully complete required competency programs. Requires current MA RN licensure, BLS, and NRP certification, plus mother-baby experience with Level 1B nursery experience strongly preferred. Night shift (7p-7a) in the Postpartum Unit at Cambridge Hospital, which supports over 1,100 families annually.
