Job Summary
Provide comprehensive postpartum and newborn care to mothers and their babies, including physical assessments, monitoring vitals, and addressing medical concerns. Educate new families on infant care, breastfeeding, and postpartum self-care; assist with initiating/maintaining breastfeeding; monitor for postpartum complications; observe newborn health, administer prescribed medications, respond to emergencies, and educate families on safety practices (safe sleep, car seat). Eligible candidates may participate in a Nurse Residency Program with ongoing development opportunities, tuition/certification reimbursement, and sign-on/relocation bonuses for qualified applicants. Proficiency with EPIC electronic charting and commitment to patient-centered, family-focused care are valued. Qualifications include an Associate Degree in Nursing, a NM or Compact-state RN license, and BLS at hire.
Required Qualifications
