Job Summary
The RN delivers orthopedic patient care and coordinates nursing care through the nursing process and multidisciplinary collaboration. Reviews patient needs and conditions to tailor care; analyzes medical history, diagnostic results, and current condition to develop individualized care plans; administers medications and treatments to provide comprehensive care; reconciles medical records to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance; evaluates patient response to interventions and identifies additional actions to meet goals; collaborates with the interdisciplinary care team for effective care planning.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's Degree in Nursing
- Registered Nurse license in North Carolina or a Compact state
- BLS (CPR)
- 1 year experience as a Registered Nurse
- Education: Associate's Degree in Nursing (required), Bachelor's preferred
