Job Summary
RN, Mercy Rehab, Nights (Part-Time, 24 hours/week) providing patient care using the nursing process, coordinating patient care with other departments, maintaining patient rights and confidentiality, and upholding Mercy Service Standards. Requires active RN licensure in the hiring state/compact, education from an accredited nursing program (AD/ Diploma/ BSN), and BLS with unit-specific certifications (e.g., ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM) as defined by the unit. Role emphasizes professional accountability, collaboration with the care team, and adherence to Mercy benefits and policy. Location: Saint Louis, MO, USA.
Required Qualifications
- Graduated from a school of nursing (Associate's Degree, Diploma, or BSN)
- Current RN license in hiring state and/or compact licensure
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (through AHA or within 30 days of hire)
- Additional unit-specific certifications (ACLS, NRP, ENPC, TNCC, CPHON, OCN, PALS, PEARS, S.T.A.B.L.E., C-EFM, etc.) as required by position/unit
- Ability to meet physical requirements (push/pull/lift up to 50 lbs; prolonged standing/walking)
- Nursing duties performed in accordance with nursing process and Mercy mission/standards
