Job Summary
Deliver patient-focused, whole-person care on the Mental Health Unit at Providence Alaska Medical Center, applying specialized training to support vulnerable community members. Work three 12-hour shifts weekly across day, night, and variable schedules to provide comprehensive psychiatric nursing services. Maintain compliance with Alaska Registered Nurse licensure and BLS certification requirements while supporting the organization's mission of caring for everyone, especially the most vulnerable.
Required Qualifications
- Graduation from an accredited nursing program
- Alaska Registered Nurse License upon hire
- National Provider BLS - American Heart Association upon hire
- 1 year Nursing experience
- Full Time 36-hour weekly, (3) 12-hour shifts weekly, Day, Night and Variable shifts available
