Job Summary
RN MedSurg role delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in line with department standards and nursing models. Responsibilities include assessing patient condition on admission and each shift, performing procedures and medications administration with thorough documentation, responding to patient needs, and educating patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatment plans, and follow-up measures. Requires strong clinical nursing skills, advocacy, collaboration with providers and care team, and commitment to safe, compassionate care. Qualifications include RN licensure, BCLS/CPR within 30 days, and an Associate or Bachelor’s degree. Location is Hermitage, TN.
Required Qualifications
- (RN) Registered Nurse
- Basic Cardiac Life Support, or BCLS Instructor, or CPR must be obtained within 30 days of employment start date
- Associate Degree, or Bachelors Degree
