Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit, managing complex cases involving GI resections, vascular procedures, and stabilized trauma admissions with drains and feeding tubes. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, ensuring professional growth and accountability. Weekend nights from 7pm to 7am are available, with a sign-on bonus.
