Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit. Manage patients with complex needs including GI resections, vascular surgeries, and trauma admissions with multiple drains or tracheostomies. Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice within organizational policies. Requires current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and new graduate eligibility.
