RN - MedSurg, Trauma, Nights, Weekend Option

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit, coordinating activities for assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice. Manage patients with complex needs including GI surgeries, vascular procedures, ostomies, and drains, ensuring care aligns with organizational policies. Provide night and weekend coverage (7pm-7am) for this Level 2 trauma center. Current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and new graduate eligibility required. Bachelor's degree preferred.
