RN - MedSurg, Trauma, Nights, Weekend Option

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit, managing cases ranging from GI resections to vascular and maxillofacial procedures. Coordinate patient care activities for individuals with ostomies, feeding tubes, and drains, while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide care for stabilized trauma patients with multiple injuries and chest tubes on a med-surg floor. Current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and new graduate eligibility required. Weekend nights (7pm-7am) available with a sign-on bonus.
