RN - MedSurg, Trauma, Nights, Weekend Option

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit, managing cases ranging from GI resections to vascular and maxillofacial procedures. Coordinate patient care activities for individuals with ostomies, feeding tubes, drains, chest tubes, or tracheostomies, while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, ensuring professional growth and accountability across the Gen Surg-Trauma Dept. Weekend nights are available 7pm-7am, with a sign-on bonus offered for eligible new graduates holding a current Georgia RN license and BLS certification.
