RN - MedSurg, Trauma, Nights, Weekend Option

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit. Manage patients with complex needs including GI surgeries, vascular procedures, ostomies, and drains, while coordinating care activities for assigned staff within organizational policies. Provide care for stabilized trauma admissions at this Level 2 trauma center, ensuring quality standards across the lifespan of patients. Current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and new graduate eligibility required. Weekend night shifts (7pm-7am) available with a sign-on bonus.
