RN - MedSurg, Trauma, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit, managing cases ranging from GI surgeries to vascular procedures and trauma admissions with multiple drains or tracheostomies. Coordinate patient care activities for the assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide care to patients from birth through the lifecycle, utilizing nursing processes to ensure quality outcomes. Full-time nights shifts (7pm-7am) with a sign-on bonus available.
