RN - MedSurg, Trauma, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit, managing cases ranging from GI resections to vascular and maxillofacial procedures. Coordinate patient care activities for individuals with ostomies, feeding tubes, drains, or multiple trauma injuries, while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide full-time night shifts from 7pm to 7am, with patient ratios adjusted based on volume and acuity. Current Georgia RN license and BLS certification required; new graduates eligible.
