RN - MedSurg, Trauma, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for surgical, trauma, and medical patients on a 29-bed unit. Manage patients with complex needs including GI surgeries, vascular procedures, ostomies, and drains, while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide care for stabilized trauma admissions at a Level 2 trauma center, covering nights from 7pm to 7am. Ensure professional growth and accountability in patient safety and team coordination.
