Job Summary
Conduct direct patient care in moderate to high acuity Acute Care (Med-Surg) units, utilizing the nursing process and evidence-based care models. Prioritize patient wellness, a multidisciplinary team approach, and safety at the point of care while modeling proficiency through precepting new staff. Provide top-of-scope practice in a fast-paced, innovative clinical environment. This full-time, 0.9 FTE night shift position requires 72 hours per pay period. The role offers a Night Shift Incentive Program of $1,600 quarterly and a 3-Year Incentive Bonus for tenure. Required Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program
- State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN)
- Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification
- Any relevant life support certification as determined at position level
- 6 months of nursing (RN) experience
- BLS through the American Heart Association or the American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date
- BLS or CPR card must be good through sixty days of hire
- This position is an onsite role
