Job Summary
Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients in the MedSurg/Surgical Observation Unit. Maintain professional accountability for care provision and evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers. Coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments while maintaining patient rights and confidentiality of patient information. Perform duties consistent with Mercy Service Standards and mission values. Full-time night shift with comprehensive health, vision, and dental coverage available day one.
Required Qualifications
- Nursing Degree from an accredited school
- current RN license in our state
- Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Association
