RN - MedSurg /Surgical Observation Unit, Full Time, Nights

Utilize the nursing process to provide patient care for assigned patients on the MedSurg/Surgical Observation Unit while maintaining professional accountability. Evaluate the overall effectiveness of care provided by other direct care givers and coordinate patient care in conjunction with other departments. Maintain patient rights and confidentiality of patient information, performing all duties consistent with Mercy's mission, values, and Service Standards. Full-time nights shift with a $3.25 evening, $4.00 night, and $4.00 weekend shift differential. Current RN license, accredited nursing degree, and BLS certification required.
