Job Summary

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for acute and chronic respiratory patients on the expanding Pulmonary unit. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide high-quality care to patients with acute and chronic respiratory issues through collaboration with hospitalists, pulmonologists, and respiratory therapists. Full-time days from 7am to 7pm with a sign-on bonus available. New graduates eligible with current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS required.

Required Qualifications

Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
No experience required New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
BCLS - Basic Life Support
ACLS Certification
TNCC and ENPC Certifications
Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification
NRP
PEARS or PALS Certification

Desired Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree
Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
Advanced certification in field of specialty
CDN (Certified Dialysis Certificate)
PALS Certification
ACLS and PALS Certification
