Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality outcomes within the framework of established policies and procedures. This role requires current Georgia RN licensure or NLC/eNLC multistate license, BCLS certification, and a BSN (preferred), with no prior experience needed for new graduates.
