RN - MedSurg, Ortho, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining standards of practice and coordinating activities for all assigned staff. Function within organizational policies and procedures to provide quality nursing care in the Orthopedics Department. Manage patient ratios based on volume and acuity, with extenuating circumstances potentially requiring adjustments. Requires a current Georgia RN license or NLC/eNLC, BLS certification, and eligibility as a new graduate. Full-time nights shift from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. with a sign-on bonus and specialty differential available.
