Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff in the Orthopedics department, ensuring quality care delivery within established policies and procedures. This full-time night shift role (7 p.m. to 7 a.m.) at Piedmont Athens Regional Hospital requires a current Georgia RN license with BLS certification. New graduates are eligible, though one year of hospital experience and a Bachelor's degree are preferred. A sign-on bonus and specialty differential are available.
