Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff in the Orthopedics Department, adhering to policies and procedures that determine ratios based on volume and acuity. Requires current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and eligibility for new graduates; full-time nights shift from 7p-7am with sign-on bonus and specialty differential available.
