RN - MedSurg, Ortho, Nights

Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff in the Orthopedics department, adhering to policies and procedures that account for varying patient ratios based on volume and acuity. Provide full-time night coverage from 7 p.m. to 7 a.m. as a new graduate eligible for a sign-on bonus and specialty differential. Current Georgia RN license and BLS certification required.
