Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff to ensure quality nursing care within the framework of established policies and procedures. Requires current Georgia RN license, BLS certification, and eligibility for new graduates with a nursing program background. Sign-on bonus up to $15,000 available for qualified candidates joining the Piedmont Macon North team.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate of a nursing program
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BLS certification
Desired Qualifications
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
- Bachelor's degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
