Job Summary
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Maintain current Georgia RN licensure and BCLS certification, with additional specialty certifications such as ACLS, PALS, or Chemotherapy/Biotherapy required prior to independent administration depending on the unit. This role offers schedule flexibility and is open to new graduates or those with one year of hospital experience.
Required Qualifications
- Graduate from a recognized, accredited school of nursing
- No experience required
- New Graduates of a nursing program eligible
- RN - Registered Nurse - Georgia State Licensure and/or NLC/eNCL Multistate Licensure
- Current License in the State of Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC Multistate License
- BCLS - Basic Life Support
- ACLS Certification
- CDN (Certified Dialysis Certificate)
- PALS Certification
- Chemotherapy/Biotherapy Certification
- NRP
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Program
- NICU
- NAT (Newborn Admission Team)
- Nursery
- PreOp/PACU/ENDO/CSU
- Labor and Delivery

Desired Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Nursing Experience in Hospital Setting
- 1 year in a hospital setting for PRN positions
- Advanced certification in field of specialty
- Experienced Emergency Department nurses
- Nurse Residents or nurses new to specialty
- Mother/Baby- NRP by the end of orientation period
- NICU- NRP by the end of orientation period
- NAT (Newborn Admission Team)- NRP by the end of orientation period
- Nursery- NRP by the end of orientation period
- Labor and Delivery-ACLS Certification
- AWHONN Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Program within 12 months of start date
