Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients from birth through the lifecycle while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Coordinate patient care activities for all assigned staff to ensure quality delivery. Functions within the framework of established policies and procedures while demonstrating professional growth and accountability. Current license in Georgia as a Registered Nurse or NLC/eNLC required, with BLS certification mandatory. New graduates eligible; one year of hospital experience preferred for PRN roles.
