Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute care Neurology unit specializing in stroke, spinal injuries, and head trauma. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff including physicians, respiratory therapy, and case management while maintaining organizational standards of practice. Provide comprehensive orientation support through preceptor pairing for new and experienced staff. Full-time days 7am-7pm with sign-on bonus and specialty differential available.
