Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute Neurology unit specializing in stroke, spinal injuries, and head trauma. Coordinate patient care activities for assigned staff while maintaining standards of practice within organizational policies. Provide comprehensive care from birth through the lifecycle, supported by a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapy, and case management. Work full-time days from 7am to 7pm with a sign-on bonus available. The unit is DNV Stroke Certified, and staff participate in a structured orientation pairing with a preceptor for goal-setting and training.
