Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care for patients on a 30-bed acute care Neurosurgery floor specializing in stroke, spinal injuries, and head trauma. Coordinate patient care activities and maintain standards of practice within organizational policies while functioning as part of a multidisciplinary team including physicians, therapy, and case management. Provide comprehensive orientation support through preceptor pairing to ensure successful integration for new and experienced staff. Full-time days 7am-7pm with sign-on bonus and specialty differential available.
